Job Description

• Hybrid position; providing care both in-office and remotely.
• Conduct clinical evaluations.
• Develop and implement care plans, including prescribing and regularly evaluating and modifying as appropriate.
• Provide consultation to Primary Care Providers and other medical staff regarding behavioral health issues.
• Refer patients to the appropriate level of care.

• Current Commonwealth of Massachusetts APRN license and board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Federal DEA and Massachusetts MCSR Certificate required or in process.

• Minimum of 3 years of postgraduate experience as a psychiatric nurse clinician, with the ability to see both pediatric and adult patients.
