The Northeast Arc seeks a Skills Trainer to support the Personal Care Management program in the Essex County area. You will help individuals with disabilities navigate the Mass Health PCA program, assist with applications, and provide hands-on education so clients live more independently at home.
This role combines office and field work, including home visits, documentation, and collaboration with nurses, therapists, and staff. Hybrid schedule Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, with a mission-driven team.
