About the Company
UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Delivery Driver to join our team in Quincy, MA. UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, and Konica Minolta multi‑functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.
Position OverviewDepartment: Logistics
Reports To: Distribution Manager
FLSA Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt / Hourly
This position is responsible for delivery and removal of office product equipment at and from customer locations, proper handling, loading and transporting of equipment, and maintaining contact with customer, dispatch, and sales personnel. Works closely with all employees to ensure timely deliveries, accurate paperwork, and assistance maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Responsibilities- Complete daily delivery and pick‑up of office product equipment.
- Complete and accurately report activity through Remote Tech daily.
- Maintain exemplary customer relations.
- Keep inventory neat, clean, and organized in and out of the warehouse.
- Complete delivery paperwork and turn it in daily for processing.
- Adhere to safe driving regulations.
- Complete other duties as directed by management.

High School or GED. - Job related formal training:
None required. - Job related work experience:
Inventory Control, Delivery Experience. - Must have an acceptable driving record.
- Will be required to take a post‑offer drug test.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be able to pull, lift, reach and transport equipment, parts, and boxes.
- Ability to operate delivery truck.
- Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods occasionally.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods when operating truck for local and out‑of‑town deliveries.
- Ability to work overtime.
