Location, Pay, and Hours

N. Andover, MA - 93, 2350 Turnpike St, #1, North Andover, Massachusetts - 01845. Pay: $30 per hour depending on experience.

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4 pm, occasional Saturdays Apr.‑Aug.

CDL drivers make safe, complete, accurate, and on‑time deliveries while complying with DOT and other regulations.

• Make deliveries using the most effective route to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring that all products are properly secured and hazardous material is separated appropriately.
• Collect payments and accurately document deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (FMCSR).
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and inform supervisor of any maintenance needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and presentable on a daily basis.
• Increase job and product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid commercial driver’s license, preferably with HAZMAT endorsement.
• MVR and PSP indicating no more than 2 combined violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with PCs and other material handling equipment (preferred).
• Experience with Moffett, Skelly or Air Brake a plus.

Compensation range for this position in MA is between $28 – $30 per hour based on a full‑time schedule. The actual pay may vary depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission plans.
