• Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and materials accurately and on time.
• Operate company or customer vehicles safely and in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Maintain chain of custody and delivery records.
• Communicate with customers and respond to delivery requests professionally.
• Follow routes, maps, and instructions to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Complete required paperwork and electronic tracking accurately.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Represent the company professionally at all customer locations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Comfortable using mobile devices, email, and tracking systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
