Distribution Lead - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on distribution lead to oversee daily operations in our distribution center. This position requires basic knowledge of order picking and packing and strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Train and supervise material handlers as needed.
• Help resolve any picking issue that may occur.
• Move material handlers to different zones as required.
• Perform lifting, standing, bending, and reaching tasks as required.
• Process orders for internal/external customers meeting all specified handling requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 0–1 year of experience with a high school diploma/degree/equivalent.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management (WM).
• Experience working in a distribution center.

Minimum salary: $37,544
Maximum salary: $63,856

Salary will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining compensation for the role.
