Materials Associate, Warehouse

ABOUT THE JOB

Materials Associate – Warehouse (internally known as Materials Associate) – in Quincy, MA. Support production growth through material management and inventory flow. Flexibly support teams, ensure quality standards, and ship products efficiently.

• Process shipping and receiving at our Quincy, MA facility.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment (identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product).
• Prepare outbound shipment documentation:
  Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice as required.
• Ensure accurate material movement across sites.
• Maintain production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering materials, and staging finished products.
• Complete cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Conduct all warehouse activities with safety and inventory accuracy as top priorities.
• Maintain inventory by labeling, tracking, and reporting shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items or signal operators.
• Courier inventory between Anduril’s sites in Quincy, MA and Quonset, RI.
• Expedite material flow within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedules.

• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ years forklift experience; forklift certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems or other WMS and inventory control tooling.
• Familiarity with lot/serial/batch tracking.
• Able to adapt in fast‑paced environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Experience in the defense/aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office tooling.
• Experience packaging and handling hazardous shipments.

Materials Associate: $25.48 - $33.65 per hour.

Senior Materials Associate: $28.36 - $38.46 per hour.
