Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will be directly responsible for monitoring and refining the long-range and short-term plans to ensure the success of the construction project. This role involves directing and coordinating day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information, controlling costs, managing schedules, implementing and monitoring safety programs, and ensuring that completed work meets quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in construction management or related roles.
• Knowledge of design and construction processes, quality control, costs, and schedule management.
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and others.
• Experience with Data Center Fiber Installation Projects.
• Knowledge of construction delivery methods like Design-build, Design-bid build, CM-at Risk, and Design Assist

• PMI or PMP certification or similar applicable certifications.
• Experience with Data Center Fiber Installation Projects.
• Knowledge of construction delivery methods like Design-build, Design-bid build, CM-at Risk, and Design Assist.

• Manage and coordinate company personnel and resources for the projects.
• Assist with preconstruction efforts and manage all aspects of the project from inception through closeout.
• Review trade contracts and bid packages, and oversee the procurement process.
• Oversee project performance, including status, procurement, equipment delivery, schedule, cost control, safety, and change management systems.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants, and the GC team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
