Construction Manager

Join our team in Quincy, WA, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting datacenter construction and operations. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success by maintaining project controls, tracking progress, and facilitating communication. Your efforts will contribute to the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of construction projects.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or field engineering.
• Experience with datacenter or industrial/mission-critical projects.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, cost management, and quality control.

• Manage project documentation and compliance records to ensure program controls are met.
• Support procurement tasks, including scope development and vendor reviews.
• Coordinate internal meetings and facilitate project updates and documentation gathering.
• Attend site walks for progress verification and support the onsite Construction Manager with logistics and safety plans.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
