Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This leadership role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project performance while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of civil construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
  • Coordinate project activities with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project requirements
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage project financials, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
  • Lead change order management, RFIs, submittals, and contract administration
  • Negotiate subcontract agreements and oversee procurement activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with municipalities, utility providers, and permitting agencies
  • Promote safety, quality control, and operational excellence throughout project execution
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Civil Construction Project Management experience
  • Strong background in utilities, site development, infrastructure, earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and concrete construction
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with contract administration, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

  • B2W experience
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Public Works experience
  • Utility Construction experience
  • Municipal Infrastructure experience
