This contract role spans the full academic year, starting August 26th and concluding June 27th, with a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. As a valued resource, you will work collaboratively across all grade levels, from Pre-Kindergarten through post-secondary transition, delivering expert behavioral support and fostering positive outcomes for students and staff alike.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Experience providing behavioral support within educational environments, particularly across multiple age groups
• Strong knowledge of best practices in applied behavior analysis and the ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor progress
• Excellent communication, report-writing, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite, providing hands-on support and consultation
• Passion for empowering students with diverse needs and supporting staff in implementing effective strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative ABA services to students and staff across PK-12+ grades
• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor intervention plans, and gather data to inform practices
• Train and coach educational staff in behavior interventions and data collection
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans
• Foster positive student outcomes by collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families
