Shift: Sat‑Tues 17:00‑03:00 (5pm‑3am) – 4x10 schedule
Summary:
These technicians will support the datacenter buildout and maintenance of various systems surrounding the operations of the datacenters on the technical end. They will work hands‑on to configure, implement/deploy, and maintain hardware for computer systems, servers, and networking solutions.
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues in a mixed environment—performing full‑cycle support through identification, research, and resolution of technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution.
- May require an associate's degree in a related area and some professional experience in the field or related area.
- Possess knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Have experience working with technology hands‑on (troubleshooting, configuration, and repair/replacement).
