  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in fast‑paced operational environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with users, vendors, and IT staff.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, or operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related technology.
  • Support warehouse, orchard, and office users with day‑to‑day IT issues and troubleshooting.
  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and replace workstations, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
  • Assist with workstation imaging, software installation, patching, and endpoint support processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Support specialty operational and warehouse systems used throughout the company.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, workstation setup, and equipment deployment.
  • Maintain inventory and asset tracking for assigned IT equipment and systems.
  • Assist with technology rollouts, upgrades, and IT projects across multiple locations.
  • Escalate advanced server, network, infrastructure, or application issues to senior IT staff as appropriate.
  • Maintain documentation related to support procedures, deployments, and inventory.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and operational support activities as required.
