** Datacenter Operations Technician Contract Length:
Long Term Contract

Location:

Quincy, WAPay Rate: $25/hr

Shift: Sat-Tues 17:00-03:00(5pm - 3am) - 4x10 schedule

Summary:

These technicians will be supporting the datacenter buildout and maintenance of various systems surrounding the operations of the datacenters on the technical end. Datacenter Technicians will be working hands-on to configure, implement/deploy, and maintain hardware for computer systems, servers, and networking solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Provides support to end users on a variety of issues in a mixed environment- performing full-cycle support through Identification, research, and resolve technical problems.
* Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
* Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Requirements:
* May require an associate's degree in a related area and some professional experience in the field or in a related area.
* Possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
* Have experience working with technology hands-on (troubleshooting, configuration, and repair/replacement)
