The Position

Anova Works is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Royal City, WA. This is a wonderful opportunity to work independently and focus on providing excellent care for your patients in Employee Health services. What is required? A love of the practice of medicine, critical thinking skills, acute diagnostic abilities and willingness to learn our unique system of practice.

This position is perfect for someone with a family practice, emergency room, or urgent care background.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Duties:

· Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses

· Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments

· Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients

· Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as appropriate

· Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant qualifications:

· Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (preferred)

· Ability to build rapport with patients

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Team oriented

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant education/license/certification:

· WA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License (Required)

· BLS/ ACLS Certification (Required)
