General Labor Warehouse Associate - Quincy, WA
We are currently hiring dependable, hardworking individuals for warehouse and general labor positions in Quincy, WA. Both temporary and evaluation-to-hire opportunities are available. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and are committed to safety, teamwork, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general warehouse duties including sorting, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products
- Load and unload materials, products, and/or shipments
- Assist with warehouse cleanup
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided as needed)
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Prepare orders for shipment and distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and daily deadlines
- Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physically demanding work
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed
