Location: Onsite – Racine, WI
Contract Assignment: Estimate 1 year duration
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour
Hours: 20–30 per week

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will primarily support month-end activities, including postings, reconciliations, and reporting within SAP and related systems. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial data processing and reporting for month-end close and other recurring tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly postings and reconciliations
- Support reporting activities within SAP and related systems
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Follow established processes and instructions to complete tasks
- Associate Degree in Accounting or Business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP experience
