Position Title
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections Specialist
Wage$25.00 - $27.00/Hour
Shift1st Shift
Hours07:30 AM - 04:00 PM Monday - Friday (Flexible
- Hours are either 07:30 AM - 04:00 or 08:00 AM- 04:30 PM)
- Post cash receipts accurately and in a timely manner
- Process credit card payments using Microsoft Business Central and eBiz
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable collections and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
- Support AR reporting and assist with month-end close activities as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing and payment status
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and/or collections preferred
- Experience with ERP systems;
Microsoft Business Central experience a plus - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Basic understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes
- Strong communication and customer service skills
