Position Description

The Accounts Payable intern will support the accounts payable team with invoice processing, payment verification, and financial documentation.
This role provides hands on experience in financial operations and account processes. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and motivated in pursuing a career in accounting or finance.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Support data entry and record keeping functions within the accounts payable system.
- Help prepare accounts payable reports and reconciliation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives.
- Learn and utilize ERP software to support accounts payable functions.
- Perform administrative and financial tasks as assigned.
- 0+ years of experience in an accounting related field.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Associate's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field.
- Prior internship or coursework in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
