Reports To: Director of Regional Operations, Data Center
Location: Port Washington, Wisconsin
Salary Range: $24.00/hour to $30.00/hour
About the RoleWe're seeking a Project Coordinator ready to be on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role regularly communicates with field and safety professionals ensuring proper flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation.
The Coordinator will assist in WO processing and proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, and RFI & RFD document processing. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating job files and controlled forms/logs, tracking schedule, setting up meetings, and organizing travel and catering.
Responsibilities- Daily support for field, project management, and customer teams.
- Track payroll times for the Production team.
- Process new hire enrollment documentation.
- Assist in work order processing and proposal preparation.
- Create and manage bid presentations and change orders.
- Handle submittals and RFI & RFD document processing.
- Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
- Track project schedule, set up meetings, organize travel and catering.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- No licenses or certifications required.
- Three (3) years of experience in a support role in the construction industry.
- Ability to work independently with little daily instruction.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Diligence, integrity, and commitment to safety and excellence.
- Authorized to work in the United States; position not eligible for sponsorship.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the operations of a construction project and gain exposure to project teams and field personnel. You will learn to communicate across levels within the organization and develop coordination skills in a fast‑paced environment.
