The City of Racine is seeking an HR Benefits & Safety Administrator to coordinate employee and retiree benefits, safety programs, and wellness initiatives. You will work under the Benefits Manager to ensure accurate enrollment, timely communications, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Responsibilities include benefits data management, liaison with providers, reporting, and supporting program improvements. Strong knowledge of HRIS, benefits, and wellness programs is required.
