What You Will Contribute

Join our Customer Care team as a Customer Service Representative
, where you’ll use strong verbal and written communication skills to support customers, ensure order accuracy, and collaborate closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce (discounts, billing, notes, account ownership).
  • Communicate promptly with customers and account managers via phone or email.
  • Review and process Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, and technical support to ensure accurate account information.
  • Enter quotes and order cases from Salesforce into Oracle.
  • Process credit requests into Oracle.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • 0–1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a high-volume call center strongly preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office;
    Salesforce and Oracle experience a plus.
