We are looking for an individual who will create a positive first impression and establish strong member relationships while assisting members and potential members with their telephone requests in a very fast paced environment.
Major responsibilities of this position will be to answer the phone in a courteous and professional manner while assisting members with account inquiries and account maintenance, identifying member needs, and suggesting services that would benefit the member. Prior financial industry experience is a plus.
AdditionalJob Duties
- Answering inbound calls in a courteous and friendly way regarding online mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraudulent charges, travel alerts, and more.
- Will be answering 75-125 calls a day.
- You will be going over Daily numbers to ensure you know where you currently stand and doing call reviews.
- Working through multiple screens and up to 4 programs at a time.
- Aim to have 30 direct member discussions a month and document in the system.

Must have customer service experience and be proficient on computers (over 40 WPM)
