In this role, you'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality expectations, and achieve business objectives. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer programs.
• Lead customer programs from award through production and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Track risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status.
• Support product launches, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor program performance, timing, and profitability.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, project management, program management, engineering, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and product launches.
• APQP, PPAP, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
