Service Experience Coordinator

Porcaro Ford is looking for a Service Experience Coordinator to support our Service Department and help deliver a stress-free, more convenient customer experience.

This role works closely with the Service Manager and service team to coordinate appointments, customer communication, pick-up and delivery scheduling, and mobile service experiences.

The right person will be organized, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and able to help keep the department moving efficiently.

• Coordinate service appointments and help manage the daily service schedule
• Assist the Service Manager with customer follow-up and department organization
• Schedule and track customer pick-up and delivery appointments
• Help coordinate mobile service visits and customer communication
• Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
• Work with service advisors, technicians, and drivers to keep appointments on track
• Monitor appointment status and help prevent delays or missed communication
• Help ensure customers receive a professional and convenient service experience
• Support daily workflow, scheduling updates, and service department needs

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable using computers, phones, email, and scheduling systems
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Able to work well with service advisors, technicians, managers, and customers
• Automotive service experience is helpful but not required
• Previous scheduling, dispatching, BDC, receptionist, or coordinator experience is a plus

• Competitive hourly pay of $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, paid weekly
