High-visibility role supporting both customer satisfaction and business growth

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the quoting and order process
• Prepare accurate customer quotations by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate pricing, scheduling, and order information within the ERP system
• Track open quotes and orders while proactively communicating updates and resolving issues
• Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
• Build strong customer relationships while supporting new business opportunities and repeat business

• Experience in customer service, quoting, inside sales, or sales support within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quoting, order processing, and customer account support
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings, purchase orders, and manufacturing documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
