** Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

** to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

* Position Overview:
** As a
** Treatment Plan Coordinator,
** you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, educating them on their options, and ensuring a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative support.## Responsibilities
* Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
* Schedule and confirm patient appointments
* Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
* Collect and process payments for services rendered
* Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
* Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth## Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent (required)
* Front office experience, preferably in a dental setting and dental software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills.
