Are you a Physician ready for a fresh start in a leadership role as an experienced Physician? Our client is waiting for you to join their clinic on Lake Michigan as the Medical Director!!
The ideal candidates will have experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or a strong interest in transitioning to Occupational Medicine.
This role offers excellent work-life balance, leadership support, and a collegial work environment.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership focused on mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff.
- Deliver optimal patient care while managing clinical operations effectively.
- Oversee clinician onboarding and ensure adherence to clinical workflows and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for clinical improvement and growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with employers, payers, and local communities.
- Provide clinical coverage, balancing direct patient care with leadership duties.
- Board Certification/Eligibility preferred.
- Experience in Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care (training provided if necessary).
- Current WI medical license and unrestricted DEA license.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Eligible to participate in Medicare.
