• Identify and apply new and existing packaging materials and technologies toward the development of innovative products and the enhancement of existing products that consumers find appealing and easy to use; packaging that is compelling and helps SC Johnson win at the store shelf.
• Design, coordinate, and complete performance and compatibility testing in support of packaging component changes.
• Execute domestic and global packaging development projects by creating and managing effective project timelines and success criteria to realize on-time project completion dates.
• Collaborate with multi-functional core teams (R&D, Design, Marketing, Marketing Research, and Product Supply) to identify, develop, and launch new products in an accelerated manner.
• Provide strong technical leadership within a cross-functional team to drive the design and development of innovative products or to correct package-related issues.
• Develop/update packaging specifications and finished good assembly specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science or related field.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.

• Excellent presentation aptitude with strong oral and written communication skills.

• Full Time
• Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
• This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
• Preference given to prior SC Johnson Interns
