Engineer Tech

The CNC Process Engineer is part of RB Industrial's Engineering Team and is responsible for various engineering functions on and off the production floor, including but not limited to the following.

• Time Studies.
• Design of holding fixtures, gauging & tooling.
• New Tooling Trials.
• Documentation of new Layouts.
• Process improvement.
• CNC process knowledge.
• Approved Card Changes.
• Tool and Die experience.
• ECO and ECR processing.
• General Quality systems knowledge.
• Training Co-Workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain ISO
  - Certification Standards.

• Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and their applications in a fast paced production facility.
• Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
• Computers — Working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Adobe, notepad.
• Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods.
