EHS Manager

Position Description

We are looking for an EHS Manager to lead anddesigntheimplementation of environmental, health, and safety systems for our Data Center HVAC Service Team. This role iscriticalto ensuring a safety start-up and fostering a strong safety culture from day oneinsupport ofour mission to safely producecooling and infrastructure solutions for data centers.

Travel: 40 - 50%

• Develop and implement
  
  EHS policies, procedures, and training programs forour HVAC Service, Maintenance,Commissioning, and Controls Teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal safety, and local environmental, safety, and health regulations.
• Lead job hazard analysis, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Create and deliver safety orientation and training for all new hires and contractors.
• Desi gn and implementing environmental management systems ( i.e. waste handling, emissions, reporting).
• Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions to drive a safety and complaint workplace.
• Partner with leadership and employees tobuild a proactive,behavior-based safety culture.
• NFPA 70E

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety , Quality Management, orrelatedfield
• 5+ years of experience within aconstructionenvironment, preferably in HVAC,or industrial equipmentservice and maintenance
• OSHA 500 & OSHA 510
• Experience implementing quality systems in a construction start-up or ramp up
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Other certifications or education considered:
  Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), Certified Safety Manager – Construction ( CSMC), or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
