The Key Account Manager II position manages Modinerelationshipwith designated customer(s) andassistsinformulationof annual andlong term business plans forcompany.

• Manage and grow key customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Coordinate cross‑functional support (engineering, operations, finance) to meet customer needs and expectations
• Drive profitability for existing and new business; identify risks and escalation barriers to achieving targets
• Lead customer input into annual operating plans, sales forecasts, and long‑term business strategies
• Develop and execute customer strategies, including competitive positioning and growth opportunities
• Prepare, submit, and track customer quotations using GQRS; analyze win/loss results and pricing effectiveness
• Oversee new program launches, including RFQ response, project kickoff, and progression through stage‑gate reviews
• Partner with engineering teams to align product solutions with global strategies and customer requirements
• Lead pricing strategy and price realization efforts to ensure alignment with profitability goals
• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, supporting contract negotiations, delivery performance, quality, and payment resolution

• Bachelor degree in Business or Engineer preferred
• 5 years minimum experience in business development, program management, sales/marketing or engineering
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
• Must be organized and able to prioritize many functions
• Must be proficient in basic math skills, PC literate and able to use MS ;products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, etc.; SAP experience is a plus
• Up to 30% travel is required and in certain cases may include overseas travel
• Flexibility in working hours to meet deadlines is expected and may call for hours beyond minimum 40‑hour expectation, including early morning or late evening work hours to support programs in other regions
