Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Time Studies.
- Design of holding fixtures, gauging & tooling.
- New Tooling Trials.
- Documentation of new Layouts.
- Process improvement.
- CNC process knowledge
- Approved Card Changes.
- Tool and Die experience
- ECO and ECR processing
- General Quality systems knowledge
- Training Co-Workers.
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain ISO
- Certification Standards.
- Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and their applications in a fast paced production facility.
- Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
- Computers — Working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Adobe, notepad.
- Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods
