10 is currently seeking an Assistant Supervisor for a 12+ month contract position with potential for hire located in Racine, WI. This position is on-site.

Pay range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (we do ask that you arrive 15 minutes before and stay 15 minutes after for pre and post production work).

• Interact with hourly employees.
• Ensure operators have the tools needed to be successful.
• Respond to downtime issues and help calls.
• Support the area supervisor with assigned tasks.

• Entry-level supervisory experience is acceptable; experienced candidates are also welcome.
• Ability to work 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with the flexibility to arrive 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes late for pre and post-production work.

• Experience in a union environment is a plus.
