Job Description
Robert Half International is seeking a FP&A Manager in Milwaukee for a client.
ResponsibilitiesThe role involves managing financial reviews, forecasting, annual operating plans, and month‑end closing processes. Responsibilities encompass management of the business unit's monthly financial review process, oversight of financial and compliance procedures, effective communication of business results and trends, serving as a financial advisor, developing financial forecasts, and aiding in cost, budget, and inventory control. The job also demands analysis of inventory results, partnering with other finance disciplines for business performance, and assisting in year‑end audits.
QualificationsRequired qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting, a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing and supply chain environment, strong influence management skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Applicants should also have experience with a SaaS CPM Solution such as Adaptive Planning, Planful (Host Analytics), Hyperion, and ideally Oracle. The successful candidate will report both to the Director of Finance for the Central Region and the site Vice President/General Manager.
