Vice President of Asset Management (42684)

Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a VP of Asset Management. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, with excellent communication and leadership skills. This company offers a collaborative culture, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is onsite.

The salary for this position is $90K - $150K.

The VP of Asset Management will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities
  • Managed portfolio performance through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and variance reporting.
  • Executed asset strategies to maximize value through revenue optimization, refinancing evaluations, and portfolio planning.
  • Partnered with property management teams to develop, review, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Oversaw capital projects and asset improvement initiatives, including budget management and stakeholder communication.
  • Managed lender compliance, loan administration, reporting requirements, and real estate tax matters.
  • Conducted property inspections and operational reviews, recommending actions to enhance asset performance.
  • Supported acquisitions, dispositions, and partner relations through due diligence, transaction oversight, and stakeholder communication.

The VP of Asset Management will possess the following:

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, portfolio management, financial underwriting, and fund management.
  • Technical skills such as Python, Power BI, SQL, advanced Excel/VBA, and ARGUS
  • Detail oriented self-starter with managerial skills
  • Smart, energetic, team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
