You'll be vital in guiding new patients through their chiropractic journey, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. With a consistent schedule (Monday: 8:00-1:30 & 2:40-7:00, Tuesday: 1:00-7:00, Wednesday: 7:30-12:30 & 2:40-6:00, Thursday: 7:30-12:30 & 2:40-7:00), you'll have a work-life balance that fits your lifestyle.

You'll greet new patients warmly, guiding them through consultations and conducting insight assessments with care and precision. Educating patients about chiropractic care and treatment options becomes second nature as you review X-rays and help them understand their next steps. You'll also discuss financial options with confidence and professionalism, ensuring each patient feels supported and empowered. Your role is the cornerstone of a smoothly running clinic that prioritizes patient care and team collaboration.

Here's what you need to become our Chiropractic Case Manager - New Patient Coordinator:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Previous medical background
• Comfortable discussing finances with others

Additionally, the ability to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and exceptional communication skills are a plus!
