Program Manager, Full-Time, Day Shift
Community Care is hiring a Program Manager for our Pace Program. Job Responsibilities
- Overall management and operations of assigned program(s).
- Care Management Consultation – Serves as a consultant to IDTS for member specific issues as needed. Provides direction or training to ensure proper response for member health and safety, and mitigates potential risk.
- Quality Assurance and Review – Conducts and prepares quality assurance audits/studies for area(s) of accountability.
- Staffing/Workloads – Assigns and monitors workloads and/or caseloads of direct reports. Adjusts staff schedules and assignments as needed to ensure continuity of customer service. Assists in the development and review of organizational staffing patterns and position descriptions for assigned staff.
- Orientation/Training and Staff Competency – Provides orientation, ongoing training, and feedback to direct and matrix reports to ensure their job responsibilities and performance expectations are defined and understood. Ensures competency of staff.
- Special Assignments & Projects – Coordinates, delegates or performs special assignments and projects as requested by leadership staff.
Job Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in human services delivery with at least two years experience working with the target population served by the program being managed;
Frail Elderly, Physical or Intellectual Disability. A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience including direct staff supervision also required. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or Healthcare field required. Master’s in Human Services or Healthcare field preferred.
- License: WI-Drivers License, CPR & AED. RN license is required if educational background and experience is in Nursing.
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
