Guest Services Agent – Part‑time, second shift

This position is part of the Guest Services team at Wingspread Retreat & Executive Conference Center, located on the western shores of Lake Michigan. The role involves welcoming guests, providing assistance with luggage and arrival processes, ensuring a memorable first impression and a seamless experience throughout their stay.

• Provide a warm welcome and assist guests with luggage and arrival processes.
• Guide guests to the front desk for check‑in and escort them to their rooms.
• Open guest vehicle doors, retrieve vehicles, and accompany guests to the valet lot if requested.
• Explain hotel amenities, fun facts, and key information to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized entrance area and assist the lobby attendant as needed.
• Engage with visitors from diverse cultures and seek opportunities to “WOW” guests.

• Minimum one year of experience in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for at least six months.
• Hospitable, engaging personality with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to stand for the duration of a full shift, traveling between the reception, lobby, and valet areas.
• Ability to solve problems on the spot and work effectively in a team.
• Flexible availability for a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

$15.00 – $15.00 per hour.
