BI Analyst II - SIOP Analytics

Position Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented BI Analyst II - SIOP Analytics to support ETL, data modeling, and dashboard design with the opportunity for growth in predictive analytics and the application of artificial intelligence to data analytics for a billion dollar plus business segment. This role will primarily support material planning and analysis, but will be provided opportunity to support all areas of the business to include finance.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes
• Consolidate data from multiple sources using Alteryx, Power Query, and similar tools.
• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Automate and optimize Alteryx flows by transforming them to cloud based SQL Queries
• Support material planning and inventory analysis to optimize supply chain operations.
• Apply predictive analytics techniques to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support proactive decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a BI analyst, data analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• ETL experience with Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools.
• Experience or formal training in predictive analytics.

• Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
