Title:

SAP Finance Project Manager

Location:

Racine, WI

Start date:

ASAP; initial duration 6 months with possibility to extend to 15 months or longer.

This role is high profile and involves working with 4 VPs across 51 countries, managing SAP implementation partners and IT team members. The Project Manager will lead the steering committee, coordinate business and IT functions, and support infrastructure-related project management.

• Lead SAP finance implementation projects across multiple countries.
• Manage steering committee and maintain communication with senior leadership.
• Coordinate between business and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee project execution, including use of PM tools and resources.
• Support design-phase activities and provide guidance to team.

• PMP certified.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience, preferably leading SAP implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Workday, or similar); financial industry background is a plus.
• Experience running a project where the Project Manager led the entire SAP implementation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage infrastructure-level projects.
