Our partner is looking for a Professional Services Manager to join their team. In alignment with the values of Glassen Technology Services, the Professional Services Manager is responsible for executing specialized IT projects, managing technical escalations, and ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies, system upgrades, and complex integrations.
This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a commitment to delivering efficient, high-quality solutions. The Professional Services Manager will also lead and support a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute specialized IT projects outside the routine scope of managed services
- Handle technical escalations from the service desk, providing expert-level resolution
- Partner with clients to understand project requirements and deliver customized solutions
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Provide high-level technical support and problem resolution
- Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Participate in company and vendor technical training
- Participate in an alternating after-hours on-call schedule for critical customer emergencies

- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
- Proven experience in IT project management and advanced technical support
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to travel locally as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and insurance required
