Role Overview
The IT Help Desk Support is responsible for delivering responsive technical support to end users, ensuring reliable operation of workplace technology through effective issue resolution and service management.
What You Will Do- Provide first-level onsite and remote support, troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (O365), and PC hardware/software issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents by tracking and documenting tickets in an ITSM system.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills and strong organizational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills.
- Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (O365), and PC troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience working within an IT ticketing system (Service Now preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in information technology required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Two Years of IT Help Desk or IT Support Services environment experience preferred.
- A+ certification.
