Primary Focus - Power Platform Development (60%)
* Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support business processes
* Build and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) for workflow automation
* Create and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights
* Assist with SharePoint and Dataverse integrations
* Work with data from SQL, APIs, and flat files to create automated pipelines
* Develop scripts (Python preferred) for data transformation, automation, or integration tasks
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Document solutions and build reusable templates and standards
Secondary - Help Desk / Systems Administration (40%)
* Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and applications
* Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (user provisioning, licensing, permissions)
* Support Intune and device management workflows
* Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, and software issues
* Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes
* Participate in audits
* Other duties as assigned by management
