ABOUT

THE ROLE As an Associate Manager, Data Management, Systems & Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping how data, systems, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies enable the future of Global Safety Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (GSARA)  this role, you will combine data and systems expertise with strategic problem-solving to develop and evolve digital capabilities that make complex work simpler, smarter, and more connected.

Partnering closely with Global and Regional GSARA teams, IT, R&D, and other cross-functional partners, you will translate business challenges into scalable solutions, strengthen how data is leveraged for insights and decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

You will also help GSARA explore and responsibly unlock the potential of Artificial Intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies. Rather than simply responding to existing needs, you will proactively identify new opportunities, evaluate technology capabilities, and help stakeholders understand how digital solutions can solve business challenges and create measurable value.

Success in this role requires someone who can connect data, systems, and technology with real business needs. You will influence across functions, guide stakeholders through change and adoption, and help build the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively use new capabilities. Ultimately, you will help turn data and emerging technology into sustainable solutions that strengthen GSARA operations and enable smarter, more efficient ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead the strategy, roadmap, design, optimization, and lifecycle management of information systems and digital solutions that serve as the foundation for GSARA operations, including Power Platform solutions, SharePoint-based solutions, data and analytics platforms, and third-party Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
· Manage and prioritize system enhancements and new digital capabilities based on business value, user needs, risk, technical feasibility, and GSARA priorities. Establish appropriate system and data governance to ensure solutions remain scalable, sustainable, secure, and effective.
· Serve as a strategic translator between GSARA business needs and technology capabilities. Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and desired outcomes, challenge stated requirements when appropriate, and identify opportunities to simplify, redesign, automate, or digitally enable work beyond the initially requested solution.
· Lead the exploration and application of AI and emerging technologies within GSARA. Proactively identify and demonstrate capabilities that can address business challenges or unlock opportunities teams may not yet recognize, helping stakeholders reimagine workflows and ways of working rather than simply automating existing processes.
· Drive digital capability building and change management across GSARA. Educate, coach, and enable teams to understand and effectively leverage systems, data, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.
