What You’ll Do

• Learn the VA disability benefits system and administrative law
• Assist with case development while pursuing VA accreditation
• Research, write, advocate, and collaborate with a strong attorney team
• Build toward managing your own caseload and contributing to team leadership

What We’re Looking For

• JD + active bar license (in any U.S. state)
• Strong writing, research, and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑starter who thrives in a mission‑driven environment
• Genuine desire to learn and grow

Compensation

• New grads: $55,000–$75,000
• Experienced attorneys: up to $90,000–$100,000+
• Base increases + performance incentives after first 6 months
