This is a Traveling Superintendent role supporting regional projects within a drivable Midwest radius. You will spend up to two days per week traveling with overnights as needed. This person will be hands-on in the field, overseeing crews installing detention-related equipment including doors, frames, windows, locks, gates, and related systems. When not traveling, the role is office-based with flexibility.

You will serve as the primary on-site leader, ensuring quality, safety, coordination, and productivity across multiple job sites. The role requires comfort working in active jail or detention environments and leading crews performing sensitive, security-driven installations.

• Oversee field crews installing detention and security equipment
• Act as the on-site superintendent across multiple Midwest projects
• Travel within a 6-hour regional radius with occasional overnights
• Support installation of hollow metal doors, window and door frames, locks, gates, and related systems
• Coordinate with office leadership and project teams
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule expectations on site
• Provide leadership and oversight to union or non-union field labor

• Superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial construction
• Strong hollow metal, door, frame, or ironwork background
• Comfort working in correctional or secure environments
• Willingness to travel regionally during the week
• Ability to lead field crews and coordinate with office teams
