Senior Program Manager

Position Description

The Senior Program Manager leads high-impact programs that span multiple business units. This role ensures successful delivery through structured planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment. They may oversee project managers and coordinate across work streams to ensure program cohesion.

• Lead complex programs from initiation through delivery.
• Manage interdependencies across projects and work streams.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers.
• Develop program plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
