** About the Role
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
** CMS Inventory Lead
** to help oversee daily inventory operations and support departmental leadership. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, leading team members, and stepping in to manage the department in the Supervisor’s absence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in warehouse and inventory management systems.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Help lead and develop inventory team members across various roles
* Help oversee daily inventory operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Conduct and support inventory investigations, clearly communicating findings in both written and verbal formats
* Break down complex inventory discrepancies into actionable steps
* Prioritize tasks effectively to meet operational deadlines
* Step in to manage the Inventory Department when the Supervisor is out
* Drive continuous improvement in inventory processes and controls
** Required Qualifications
*** Strong computer proficiency
* Skills in
** Microsoft Excel
** and
** Microsoft Word
*** Experience working with
** WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)**,
** CMS,
** and
** SAP
* * experience is a plus
* Excellent time and task management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and support a team
