This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist located in Racine, WI. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for conducting equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, troubleshooting equipment problems, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently. The role involves hands-on work and collaboration with the operations team to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniques
• Strong skills in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
• Experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively
• Ability to work on-site and handle physical tasks related to equipment repairs
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred
